Today was Brenden's first day of 2nd grade! We all walked to school to drop him off and walked back again at the end of the day to pick him up. He said that it was "kinda fun" but that he was a little sad. He already knows his teacher from last year, he was sent to 2nd grade last year for reading a few days a week so that helps him feel comfortable. We attended open house this evening and met his teacher and got to see his desk which he says is messy already! It sounds like he will have a busy year of learning!
