Another school year begins! CJ has begun Kindergarten and was very embarrassed because everyone was making such a big deal about it! Brenden has begun 3rd grade and could really careless. It is just another school year as he tells me. I officially have 2 down and 2 to go.....

CJ Says GOODBYE To Training Wheels!
CJ has been practing riding his bike without training wheels and Saturday he took off and did look back! We were practicing and I sat done for a minute to play with Cody and the next thing I know CJ is yelling from two houses over - "I am doing it"! He spent all weekend riding and was so tired by last night, He has even mastered riding Brenden's bike which is bigger then his. This is morning he did not wake up until almost 9:00 a.m. (anyone who knows CJ is aware that this is not a normal thing!). Riding is tiring!
Way to go CJ!!!
CJ Graduates
On May 7th CJ became a Preschool Graduate! The class put on a very cute progam and CJ did a great job. He is very excited to go to Kindergarten next her.

Brenden Does Florida
Grammy & Papa promised Brenden when he was young that when he was 6 they would take him to Florida to visit Uncle Gene, Aunt Karen and the kids. Well it is a little late but Brenden finally got his trip! Him and Papa headed off to Florida Thursday afternoon and after many stops and an overnight rest they arrived at the house Friday night. Brenden is loving the pool and hot tub and of course playing with his cousins! He already made it to Disney World but seems to rather swim in the pool and play. CJ & Kaiden are already planning their trip because you know....when they are 7!

I received an email Monday with more pictures from Brenden's adventures in Florida:
The following message was included -
"Things are going well. Grandpa got in the hot tub today. Uncle Gene took us to the beach for a few minutes so I could feel what the Atlantic Ocean feels like. It was extremely wet. We saw sea turtles at a boat dock. Grandpa saw his new boat/ship and made me take a picture with him in front of it. We drove by where they shot the space shuttle up, pretty cool. Well I need to go, I have been out of the pool for more then 5 minutes and according to the rules in Florida, that is not allowed. We miss you all. Just wish you guys where here to share how cool uncle Gene really is."
Well we all know who actually wrote it but it is still cute!
